Warrior's Mission

Our Purpose

Rancho Cucamonga Warriors is an organization dedicated to teaching youth through positive role models. Emphasis is on learning, playing, and enjoying the sport while instilling high moral standards by stressing the importance of academic achievement, highest level of sportsmanship and community involvement. Helping kids become leaders and teammates, Warriors  players will learn to be self confident and have a sense of self-worth that extends beyond the games and practices and into the schools, family and community. 

Sportsmanship, honesty, responsibility, teamwork and self-discipline are among the traits needed by children today to face the future with positive expectations and self-confidence.

Tojo Munford

Coach & President

Tojo Munford began his coaching journey at just 23 years old with the Junior All-American Football (JAAF) league. Over the decades, he has become a cornerstone in the youth football community, known for his passion, leadership, and commitment to developing talent both on and off the field.

As a dedicated father of six and a successful professional in the waste management industry, Tojo balanced family, career, and coaching with remarkable drive. His impact on the field is undeniable—having led teams to 15 Super Bowl victories and mentored over 100 Division 1 college athletes and 7 future NFL players during their youth careers.

As the longstanding leader of the RC Warriors, Tojo has helped shape the organization through multiple home cities including Montclair, Upland, Alta Loma, and now Rancho Cucamonga. His name is well-known throughout the JAAF community, where his legacy continues to inspire and uplift generations of players, families, and fellow coaches.

Our Conference

The RC Warriors proudly compete in the Southern California Junior All American Football (SCJAAF) League, one of the largest and most competitive youth tackle football conferences in Southern California. SCJAAF comprises over 28 chapters, with teams spread across San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange Counties .

As members of SCJAAF, the RC Warriors participate in a structured environment that emphasizes excellence, discipline, and sportsmanship. The league offers multiple divisions—such as Jr. Micro, Micro, Jr. Pee Wee, Pee Wee, and Midget—ensuring that players of various age groups and skill levels have the opportunity to develop and compete .

Through their involvement in SCJAAF, the Rancho Cucamonga Warriors are part of a vibrant community dedicated to nurturing young athletes both on and off the field.
